In keeping with our long history of dedicated client service, Catering HQ is committed to customer satisfaction by adhering to the company’s HACCP and Quality Assurance programme aimed at providing unrivalled service and quality in all that we do.
We have made a substantial and on-going investment in creating a productive, friendly and efficient service which focuses on meeting customer demands. We appoint an experienced Manager supported by experienced professional staff to ensure that our venues receive special attention and a high standard of Hospitality service.
Internal systems and procedures ensure a regular pattern of review to ensure that we continue to meet customers objectives and demands and continue to improve our standards and quality.

Catering HQ is committed to providing the highest quality food in a safe and hygienic manner. We will take all precautions necessary to ensure minimal risk to our customers health from exposure to contaminated food. The Company also recognises its responsibility to comply with the Food Safety Standards set down by Food Standards Australia and will only use suppliers that demonstrate an ability to do the same.
The end result – a dynamic services company constantly assessing the needs of our customers as well as trends in the food service area to ensure that we provide the highest standards in service, quality and value for money for our customers.
At Catering HQ we provide high quality menus, while at the same time providing excellent value for money.
Each Venue requirements are unique, therefore we will tailor our menu and service specifically to meet
the needs of our venue, budgets and those of the local demographic.
When we plan our menus we take into account the preferences of our customers, the ratio of male to female customers,
the ethnic mix and demographic of the customers.
We also take into account the usual factors of season, nutritional balance, colour, and taste. The emphasis
is on healthy eating, and the use of fresh produce
over processed and frozen products. We then look to give the menus a theme around which the marketing can evolve.
The service that we provide will meet and exceed the clienteles expectations. We also offer a special function service. We have a dedicated group of hospitality professionals who can provide functions to meet any standards to support our team at the Venue.
We appreciate that providing excellent Hospitality services helps the Venue run more smoothly and presents the Venue to everyone in a good light. The aim of our company is to provide a service of high quality which is mutually beneficial to both our customers and ourselves.
The success of any Hospitality service is brought about by the provision of a professional service and this in turn is based upon the provision of superior staff service. Catering HQ take a great deal of care in the selection of its staff.
All our staff complete our thorough in house training, formal hospitality training through a Registered Training Organisation to ensure that our high standards of customer service are established early and maintained and improved upon all the time.
